Chelsea Beach Residents' Association

Chelsea Beach Residents' Association (CBRA) maintains and upgrades the common community assets (see map) thus increasing home and lot values, publishes a quarterly newsletter and also supports the many free annual activities:

 

  • Children's functions:  Hallowen Celebration, Easter Egg Hunt, Santa's Community ride done by the Volunteers of Lakeshore Volunteer Fire Dept.

  • Well equipped community playground

  • Block Party Meet and Greet

  • Annual Community Yard Sale

  • Annual Food Drive for the needy of our community

  • Beautification Activities

Meetings

 

The CBRA holds quarterly meetings on the 1st Tuesday in March, June, September and December at the Magothy Chelsea Community Lutheran Church.

Judy Bart delivers copies of the newsletter to 2 locations: the boat ramp and box located on the corner of Woods & Soaper.

Joining CBRA

 

Joining CBRA is voluntary but encouraged as it supports the maintenance, growth and property values of the community.  Residents are invited to attend the quarterly meetings to socialize and to voice their opinions, concerns and ask questions on matters of interest, even if their are not CBRA members, as their input, ideas and participation are valued and welcomed.  To join contact us by clicking here.
